Ivory Tower provide a cleaning and linen changing service for our holiday home. Lisa, Ben and their team have completed around 10 change over ‘cleans’ so far. As we run a luxury holiday home it is critical for our success that the cleaning of it is immaculate. Ivory Tower have done an exceptional job cleaning and we have every confidence in them. The team are friendly and extremely hard working. They are reliable and dependable, turning up exactly at the time which has been arranged and are able to juggle their schedule to fit in our variable day change overs. As they work in a team a 5 hour job is completed in 2.5 hours which is perfect for our same day change overs. We are delighted to have found Ivory Tower to help with our Holiday Home and are very happy to recommend them.

Ben and his team came and thoroughly cleaned our house whilst the removal men and ourselves were moving everything out!
They calmly and quietly went about their work fitting in amongst the ordered chaos - not ideal circumstances but they managed admirably!
We were very impressed by the professionalism from first spoeaking with Ben to the contact we had afterwards - Ben was charming and reassuring at all stages, totally reliable and did exactly what was agreed. Well worth the money as it alleviated a huge amount of stress on an already stressful day!
We would love to have regular cleaning done in our new home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We were let down at the last minute by a cleaner who we'd had recommended to us to do a moving-in deep clean for us, so had to organise a quick replacement. I think this ended up being very lucky for us, as Ivory Tower were exactly what we needed given how busy and hectic everything else is when moving house. They were quick to answer our call and let us know that they could help (we'd only given them 3 days notice and one day at the weekend where they could do the clean!), and they got an excellent and very professional team together that came round and did the clean and also cleaned the carpets. My hubby and I were so impressed with the work they did, as the place was in a pretty awful state beforehand. It made such a difference to our new home to be able to move into it with everything immaculate. There wasn't any dust to be seen and the carpets looked like new (considering the last owners had had some very large dogs, this was quite an achievement!). We were so happy that we have decided to take a regular clean now that we've moved - completely recommend these guys if you want quality cleaning and stress-free service.

Having recently moved to Uckfield from London, and working full time in London with quite a bit of travelling to do, We decided to find out about having help with the cleaning of our house. Lisa & Ben came to visit us to find out what our requirements were. They made us feel at ease straight away, and they were very professional and friendly. We had no hesitation in using the services on offer. Our first clean was brilliant and the difference it has made to our home and our lives has been immense. Our cleaners are meticulous and nothing is too much trouble, they are absolutely lovely - thank you. We have a regular clean once a week and we look forward to it !

Ivory Tower have been providing a regular fortnightly clean of my home for over 5 months now (an old house with a propensity for cobwebs). Over the years I have worked with a few different cleaning companies, all have had their good and bad points, but from the first meeting with Lisa and Ben they inspired a level of confidence in their service that I had not experienced before. I immediately felt that I could trust them, and that they would deliver a reliable and high standard clean; they have not faltered in any aspect. They are friendly, communicative, and faultlessly reliable in doing what they say they’ll do. With their professional, friendly cleaning staff, they continue to deliver the highest standard of clean I have ever experienced. If I have questions, they are answered quickly (always same day, but usually within 1 hour), and if I want to arrange extra cleaning to take place this is organised without any inconvenience to me. The service provided has remained consistently high from the first deep clean and throughout all other visits to date. I would highly recommend their services, wish them success, and look forward to continue working with them.

I don't think our house has ever looked quite so clean! A big challenge in an ancient building like ours full of odd artefacts…Even the awkward spaces behind hard-to-move items have been cleaned and the sofa looks as if it has been replaced with a younger sister! Well done!

It has been such a struggle finding a decent cleaner around Uckfield. Everyone is either too busy or just doesn't do a good job. At last Ivory Tower have answered my prayers! We have had 3 cleans so far but we are already really impressed with the standard of the cleaning. We hadn't had our home regularly cleaned for about 3 months but they got rid of all of the dust and had it looking and feeling so much nicer straight away. As a client, I have extremely high standards. I was very particular about who we used to conduct our cleaning services.
I used rated people for my initial search and Ben contacted me within a period of 2hrs and a meeting was arranged within 24hrs, as my requirement was urgent. I met both Lisa & Ben just before Christmas ‘14 when they arrived with their cleaning equipment (amazing hoover system!) to complete a demonstration. They arrived promptly and were extremely professional but also armed with a sense of humour – which I like!
We arranged for an initial clean during the Christmas break, and I must say, I was very impressed and I know that it is usual for this to happen as the company want to impress and you think WOW how amazing – you sign the contract and then it goes to pot!
However, the level of service and clean is extremely high and the standard has not dropped, everyone in the office is impressed and that is not easy. We have a clean once a week, which I hope to increase. We are in a converted barn and so dust etc. is a constant hazard but the office feels fresh, smells fresh, IS fresh. The team that clean are brilliant, easy to get on with, they come in, get in all the nooks and crannies; they just get on with it. Try them, you won’t be disappointed – a company that is happy to help work towards your needs, with a good sense of humour and cost effective– what more do you need?
